HOKA Tote Bag Illustration & Lettering @ Footlocker

To celebrate the latest release of KAWANA 2, I had the privilege of live drawing on HOKA tote bags, tailored exclusively for the media and key opinion leaders on 4 April 2024. I was at Footlocker again on the 6th and 20th of April 2024, activations dedicated to in-store customer purchases.

Proposing an illustration for HOKA turned out smoothly. The client immediately approved the initial artwork, which was great news. Their only additional request was to include another colourway option and incorporate HOKA's branding into the design. To streamline the process with a quicker turnaround, I utilized acrylic markers, allowing each tote to be completed in approximately 5 minutes.

Lastly, I personalized each tote bag with the guest's name, using a graffiti-inspired casual capitals lettering style, ensuring each guest left with a unique and memorable keepsake.
